Interviewed with two people at the same time. They both asked their own questions. They wanted to make sure I'm able to make sales goals. They were impressed with my past accomplishments. After the interview, they asked me what I like to do for fun. I'm athletic, so I told them what sports keep me busy in my free time. They then introduced me to all of the bankers on my way out and they all told me what to expect and gave me tips to succeed in the business. After two weeks I was brought on.
Very simple. The manager was very nice. I was asked specific questions regarding how to handle stress and angry customers. I asked how my experience would help me in new position.
