A few weeks after apply, received an email to set up a phone call with an internal recruiter. Phone call was mostly information gathering and making sure I had the requisite qualifications. At the end of the call was told I'd hear back in the next week regarding advancing in to the next stage of interviewing. Waited two weeks and sent a follow up email - within a few hours received the automated "Sorry..." email from Taleo.
