I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at U.S. Bank (New York, NY) in Mar 2016
Interview
It was three weeks long and fairly standard. I was called and an appointment was set. I arrived early, was made to wait-this is not unusual. I interviewed with the head of the department and her two supporting managers. Each conducted a fire round of questions pertaining to the mortgage industry. Each manager was engaged and thoughtful, they seemed to want to get to know me. It lasted less probably twenty minutes and I was asked what department I would want. I received a phone call a couple days later with an official job offer.
