I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at U.S. Bank (New York, NY) in Oct 2014
Interview
I was hired through a temp agency so it was super easy. I had shown I was capable of the job. I didn't get the position as someone who was familiar with that department also applied.
It was Virtual. First with a recruiter. Then with the hiring manager. Quick and simple. Questions with the manger were more difficult than with the recruiter. I felt they moved with an internal candidate instead of external. Which is understandable.
