I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at U.S. Bank in Dec 2011
Interview
After iinitial phone interview with recruiter, had two more phone interviews. One with a hiring associate and then with a group. After a couple of weeks I completed online data forms for background check. Heard nothing after that. My attempts to re-connect with those persons I spoke with were unanswered.
My perception of those that I spoke with were polite and courteous. I understand that in today's market there are hundreds of people applying for jobs every day. However, it would be appreciated to be advised as to the "status" of the application so one would not be left to "wonder" if one is still being considered or rejected.

It was an over the phone interview, then an in person interview. The company is very genuine, and very polite. They don’t feel aggressive. Everyone in the building was very focused on their work.
