The branch manager and the hiring manager were incredibly nice. Most of the interview was just talking about your previous jobs and figuring out how those skills could be applied to the new job. Overall my interview was about 45 min long. Definitely a positive experience. They asked some tough questions but if you can think quickly you will be fine. They explain all the benefits, etc.

I first interviewed with the branch manager at the location I applied. After passing that interview, I had a second interview with the regional manager at their office. I only had two interviews.
Very good. Followed professional format. Questions were well phrased. Interviewers were nice. Two rounds of interviews. Could not relocate. Excellent organization. Great leadership and structure. Virtual interviews. Good questions focusing ln strengths and weeknesses amd experoence

There was an online assessment that was like a test with general math plus customer service and general interview questions, then a recruiter called me to discuss the job and set up an interview with a branch employee.
