I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at U.S. Bank (San Diego, CA) in Apr 2014
Interview
*Effecient and effective.
*Timely and reasonable.
*Decision process was too time consuming and too much back and forth.
*HR was taking too long in processing background checks and NMLS certifications.
*No opportunity for clarity on negotiations of salary or clarity of job on boarding questions.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at U.S. Bank (Saint Louis, MO) in May 2013
Interview
Fairly simple. Not a whole lot of "brain-busting" style questions. I was already in a branch manager role and was successful, so there was not a whole lot of questioning. Just a lot of me talking about what I did currently and how successful I was at it.
