Applied online and 10 days later received call for an interview at branch. Interviewed today with Customer Service Manager and Branch Manager. Began with both managers telling me about themselves and then asking me about myself. Questioned me about a difficult situation and how I dealt with it. Questioned about what I would do if a customer is upset. Said they are interviewing a few more applicants next week and will let all of us know the results by next Friday. (BTW the answer to if I received an offer is i don't know yet but my only choice to check today is yes or no)

I first interviewed with the branch manager at the location I applied. After passing that interview, I had a second interview with the regional manager at their office. I only had two interviews.

I interviewed at U.S. Bank (Minneapolis, MN) in Oct 2024
Interview
There was an online assessment that was like a test with general math plus customer service and general interview questions, then a recruiter called me to discuss the job and set up an interview with a branch employee.
