My interview process was broken into two parts; In person and over the phone. I met with my current manager to discuss the position and go over my background in the industry. I was made aware of the basics of this position and my general responsibilities, then given several scenario questions. The culture within both my department and the company as a whole was also discussed. A few days after the interview I received a phone call from the interviewer stating that I would be receiving a phone call from another Sr Property manager in the area to do a 2nd phone interview. I went through the same process with the same types of questions answered.
