Interview
I did well on the interviews. One thing that lacked was no formal process on how interviews are done. Questions are pretty much standard behavior questions.

Tell me about yourself? always the hardest one to answer. Also they wanted to get to know you better and ask some weird questions on what do you do on your free time.
Questions were not structured and the different interviewers asked what they wanted to know.
