Applied online. I received a call 3 weeks later from the District Manager indicating an interest and whether I was still interested in the position. I set up an interview for the following week with the District Manager and Operations Manager. The interview process lasted approximately 25 minutes and the questions were pretty standard interview/bank questions. I received an offer 1 1/2 weeks later from the District Manager.

I received an email from a U.S. Bank recruiter about a month after I submitted my application. I scheduled a 20-minute phone screening with her. She was very friendly, described the position to me in more detail, and asked good questions. She also answered my questions. The next day, I received an email that thanked me for my interest and said, "We regret to inform you, however, that this position has been cancelled."
