Interview was over the phone with two managers. Short and concise. Managers explained a little bit about the role they are looking employee for and asked some questions about my experience, expectations. Very nice and easy interview.

Interview
Applied online through career section, received an email about a week later stating my background and resume seemed to fit the role. Was asked to schedule an in-person interview to meet with the hiring manager and division manager. The interview wasn't hard, the people that interviewed me were fairly young and made you feel very comfortable and the questions weren't too difficult either.
