I applied online. I interviewed at U.S. Bank (Minneapolis, MN) in Feb 2013
Interview
Phone screen with recruiter and then 1:1 interview with hiring manager. The recruiter did not call me at our scheduled time for the phone screen. After waiting 15 minutes I called and emailed to find out the status. She apologized and we rescheduled for later in the day. Typical phone screen asking about my experience, salary requirements, etc. Was called back for an in person interview with the hiring manager. Fairly typical behavior-based interview questions. Hiring manager explained that there would many many follow up interviews if I was to be passed on. She shared that she had to go through 10 different interviews with US Bank before she was hired.
I followed up with the recruiter once a week after my interview and received no response. I followed up two weeks after that and still no response. I was very frustrated with the total lack of response and follow-up on their part.

My experience was timely and efficient. Interviews were scheduled and decisions were made quickly. This process stood out to me as a best-in-class interview experience. I'm proud to (soon be) part of a team that considers candidate experience so heavily.
