Interview
I applied online and completed the online screening on a Tuesday and received a phone call that Friday to schedule an interview for the following Monday. The first interview was a 1:1 interview with the Assistant Manager. The second interview was two days later with the Branch Manager. The third and final interview was a 1:1 with a different Branch manager with a different location. Within four hours, I received a call and was offered the job. I'm just waiting to hear from HR to hear what they are offering to pay, but I am going to accept it eithr way.
Prior to this, I had no banking experience.

Nothing out of the ordinary. Questions like, greatest strengths/weaknesses, sell me this pen, etc... Nothing spectacular or unexpected.
First, I started out with a phone interview with recruiter followed by in person interview with district manager. At the time, there was no assigned branch manager so the standard process may vary from mine.

Why should we pick you over other candidates that are applying?
I applied on the website. us bank branch manager contacted me. i made appointment for the interview. i passed the interview. next interview is with district manager. but my first language is not English. so i failed the interview. but the interview is good experience.
Asked the appropriate questions. I felt comfortable and the manager was easy going and let his expectations be known. Make sure to ask a lot of questions about the position. My previous banking experience made it easier for me.
