Conducted three face to face interviews. This was with three different managers and three different locations

Question 1
Very laid back interview process. They want to see if you can strike up a conversation with them and hold it. After the first interview i as asked to log into their web site and apply for the job.
Very simple. The manager was very nice. I was asked specific questions regarding how to handle stress and angry customers. I asked how my experience would help me in new position.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at U.S. Bank (Appleton, WI)

I was really great. I hope to be apart of the culture. Very good people to talk about growth. Looking forward to working customers & connecting very well. Management team seems very connecting

I got an email inviting me to interview the following week. It was in person at the branch with 3 people. it was pretty short and they got back to me quickly with an offer
