Interview
I submitted my resume on their careers website on a Thursday or Friday. Got a call following Monday around 3pm from a recruiter who told me he would like to send my resume to the hiring manager and would follow up as soon as he talked to the hiring manager. Got a next call Tuesday morning at 10am and the recruiter asked me if I would be willing to have a 4 hour in person interview from 8-noon on Wednesday. I told him I would and started preparing for my interview.
When I got to the interview, I was extremely nervous since I've never had a 4 hour interview before, but the interviewers made me very comfortable. They were all extremely personable and very friendly. I talked to 11 people over the course of 4 hours, just talked to them about myself and heard a little about each of them. I got the idea they were really just trying to determine if this would be a "culture" fit.
I got a call from the recruiter 2 hours later asking me if I'd like to accept the position, and I did. Interview process was completely painless... all you other companies, take notes! There's no need for a 4 month interview process.

Very rude and said that there is no room for improvement and you come in and do your job. They also monitor everything you type or move with the mouse.

Met with recruiter then manager. Manager made multiple comments that there is no room for growth and you come in and do your job. Do have a program to track all keyboard clicks and mouse movement.
The interview process began with an initial HR screening to discuss background, experience, and job expectations. After that, there was a manager interview focusing on technical skills and team fit.
