This was a preliminary, behavioral interview. The interview was with a recruiter. The interview was conducted virtually and lasted between 30 and 45 minutes. The interviewer wrote down all my responses (which he told me he was doing before we began).

They asked a variety of behavioral questions including: “how have you personally advocated for diversity and inclusion?”
good, mainly asked behavioral questions and about project experience. Walked through resume and asked questions about experience on there. Two rounds, a phone call with recruiter then a virtual call with SWEs.

The interviews I spoke to were great. The interview felt more conversational than like an interrogation. I also got some feedback during the interview. There will be quick phone interview then two 45 min video interviews.
