A 3rd party recruiter contacted me, then was turned over to an internal recruiter who was late for our meeting, and seemed unprepared. After some vague questions about my background she went straight to my comp requirements and told me the position was not aligned with my target. Despite the conversations I had specifically about this with the 3rd party recruiter. My sense of it was she was unprepared and didn't even want to do the interview. It was brief and fairly abrasive.
