I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at U.S. Bank (Saint Louis, MO) in Aug 2013
Interview
I got the interview through a third-party recruiter. She did the prescreening for the hiring manager.
The interview process lasted 3 hours. The first hour-and-a-half was with the department manager. The second half was with two members of the staff. Everyone was pleasant and we got along during our time together, but it probably would have been better to have everyone in the discussion together because we covered the same ground with the same questions/answers. The reason for the peer interview is to determine if you are a good fit within the group.
After a week, I got a call from the recruiter saying I was not it, which was appreciated. Most of the time you figure you didn't make the cut after a few weeks of hearing nothing. The recruiter also could not get any feedback from the manager on why she made the decision she did.

Question 1
The interview questions are generic. Your answers could be as vague or as detailed as you like. With me, we mostly talked about working with the system management experts (SMEs), which usually means that this is the most important element to the job. The questions and answers where along the lines of working with people who are unresponsive to your requests. We also spent some time discussing building templates.
