I had 4 formal interviews and a couple of follow ups. Overall a great experience. It was a very welcoming process. A lot of good fair tough questions but I never felt like I was being tricked intimidated in anyway.

First interview was truly informative and the conversation dynamic with the HR Recruiter. CJ was prepared after clearing understanding the role requirements from the Hiring Manager, professional and enthusiastic in representing US Bank.

I first had a phone interview with a human resources screener, followed by a call with the hiring manager. The interview process concluded with a panel interview involving the entire team.

Interview
Met with the hiring manager, the recruiter, and several team leaders. Then, met with the team I'd be working with day-to-day. Altogether, I was able to meet 7 people and the process went very quickly and smoothly.
