Applied through the USBank company website on the career page. Created a profile with USB. Initial contact was through the hiring manager. Had a 1 1/2 hour onsite interview. The common interview questions followed by a series of behavioral interview questions. Interview was with the hiring manager and another member of the department. Offer came from the HR recruiter by phone, followed up by written offer letter via email.

Question on challenges or problems I experienced in my previous position and how I overcame them.
There were three interviews. First one was a phone call with HR. Second was with the hiring manager. Third one was with a second manager. Took awhile to hear anything back after all the interviews.

Felt comfortable during the interview process. HR did a great job of communicating with me along the way and the hiring manager provided detailed information around the position applied for. US Bank seems like a great place to work and I plan to continue looking for new opportunities there.

Describe your process to collect business requirements.
There will be a phone interview first. When you pass the phone interview there will be 2-3 rounds of interviews with managers and team leaders. Each interview is about 30 mins.
