Interview
Interview with VP and HR person. Overall, interview was not too intense but they want someone who is ambitious and has previous experience with fund accounting. They will ask you about your problem solving skills and experience.
Phone call interview then a 30 minute Zoom call another day. Simple questions of your resume nothing complicated. Received phone call the following week. The interview was very easy as long as you obviously know your resume and able to answer questions with clarity of your prior experiences.
Recruiter calls you and interviews you then interview with managers. Turn around time takes about 2 weeks. About 30-45 mins each, and all via teams. Recruiter will call you if you get job offer.
Short and sweet. Interviewed with manager for temp to perm position. Not many steps which I really appreciated. Good job for recent college grads. Found out through the staffing agency about a day after the interview.
