Very rude and said that there is no room for improvement and you come in and do your job. They also monitor everything you type or move with the mouse.

Met with recruiter then manager. Manager made multiple comments that there is no room for growth and you come in and do your job. Do have a program to track all keyboard clicks and mouse movement.
