I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at U.S. Bank
Interview
Phone screener, followed by panel interview over conference call. Spoke with 4 people total, HR, software manager, business analyst, & VP. BA was a good conversation, HR was typical, software manager was a robot giving a college oral exam (30 minutes of "what is the definition of ..."), VP asked a single useless question. No feedback. Form letter rejection email sent the next day.
Come the scheduled time of my interview, I was never contacted by the recruiter. I sent a follow up message to potentially reschedule, but that was left unanswered as well.

Interview
Had several interviews at that place, in different departments. Interview for my current position was easy, no technical questions at all. Technology was new for the group and they did not ask any technical questions.
Another interview for Application Developer position had a lot of technical questions, did not expect that at all.Interview was called and not personal.
And third interview for App Developer went very well, included technical questions, but they were not too complex. Really liked potential manager.
