One informal interview with manager was more conversational than interrogative. This was followed by a phone interview done by Gallup, which was an hour long interview with rapid-fire questions designed to ascertain interviewees' ability to think on their feet and follow instructions. This was followed by a formal interview with regional manager, immediately followed by offer.
