Interview
2 rounds, phone and in-person. It took little longer to complete the process. However, it was not difficult to handle as they were looking for a some tools experience. I did enjoyed it though as it was pretty straight forward.

Mostly related to banking domain and business analysis. Some tools focus if needed on JD.
There were three interviews. First one was a phone call with HR. Second was with the hiring manager. Third one was with a second manager. Took awhile to hear anything back after all the interviews.

Interview
Felt comfortable during the interview process. HR did a great job of communicating with me along the way and the hiring manager provided detailed information around the position applied for. US Bank seems like a great place to work and I plan to continue looking for new opportunities there.

Describe your process to collect business requirements.
There will be a phone interview first. When you pass the phone interview there will be 2-3 rounds of interviews with managers and team leaders. Each interview is about 30 mins.
