I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at U.S. Bank (Great Falls, MT) in Mar 2011
Interview
I had two interviews. One with the store manager and one with the district manager. The interview was a positive one where we learned about each other naturally, at least as natural as you can in an interview. It seemed to be less scripted than most, so the experience could definately vary from one applicant to another.
Process is standard and fairly straight forward. After your resume makes it to an actual Branch Manager they contact those that are interested and you will meet with the Branch Manager and Assistant Manager. No questions that were out of the blue. Just ask about customer service experience and any previous sales experience.
