Three panel interviews with senior leaders of the organization. Gave a great over view of the personalities and styles of leadership at the top of the organization. Also, there are many questions that are based upon the personality profiles developed by the Gallup organization, who is a major client of the bank in their customer service and their hiring resources. There seems to be too heavy a preference put on an applications performance with a Gallup Psychologists, resulting in many proven performers not getting work, and often, later to be proven incompetent people, in many roles.
