The interview process was simple, I was invited to do a Zoom call with a woman who later when I was hired, became my manager. It was laidback I was more dressed up than her. I still recommend looking at the part though.

I can't recall any questions but it felt more like a conversation, they like to know about you and how you handle customer service issues and how you are in the outside world.
