phone interview and in person interview. Really quick in person since it was snowing bad. everyone hired at the same time get paid the same. The manager and the supervisor looked and acted like a couple.

past work history, what are your strengths, are you able to talk on the phone to customers, are you able to work under pressure
not bad I has two intreviews one with Hr second one with the accounting team. Hr asked basic question but also three STAR questions (tell me a time). Accounting team ask more question directed at your skill with some being STAR questions.

Started with a phone interview that was extremely basic. Then there were two in person interviews: both very easy. Just need to be detail oriented. Got the offer the next day.
