I applied online. I interviewed at U.S. Bank (Boston, MA) in Dec 2014
Interview
I applied online and received a call a few days later from the hiring manager about joining her team. The following week I met with her, the team leader, and towards the end of the interview the director . They were looking to fill this position fairly quickly. All three asked me a series of questions in regards to my background and how my background would fit this position. They also talked about what their area of the bank did and what was expected for this role. At the end end of the interview the director asked me what my salary expectations were for this position. I gave him a figure based on similar salaries shown on Glassdoor and though Payscale. I later found out later after running into the team leader a couple weeks later that that the position didn't pay what I was looking for based on the information that I had received from those two sites.
