I applied online via the UBS website. Got invited to the numerical test a few days later. One week later, got an email inviting me to a phone interview. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and was a full-competency interview with HR. Three weeks later, got invited to the final round (Assessment Centre) along with 7 other people and lasted from 8:30 to 14:00. During the AC, I had to resit the numerical test - be prepared because it is harder than the online tests since you only have 20 minutes for 20 questions (they actually kicked out one of the applicants for his low score). Then they give you an individual case to prepare, and you have to present it to a senior manager using a flipchart. Then I had two 30-minute interviews accompanied by a small 10-minute interview. Most of the questions were competency based but I got asked a few questions about the market trends and a few brainteasers. Finally, the last assessment was a group presentation on the same case study but with a different approach. All the senior managers were watching us debate and work as a team. After finishing this exhausting day, I received a call one week later telling me I got the offer. Accepted the offer within 5 days. Overall great experience besides the very competitive aspect of the job!
