Interview
Very quick process until the interview and the overall interview process took ~2 months.
Hiring managers were very thoughtful and asked sharp questions.
No right answers, but try to see how you think logically and how you came to a conclusion
Asked a lot of technical questions eg what’s going on in the news, how that related to the division. Also quite motivational based too. Make sure you know valuation techniques well before the hirevue too
It was the video interviewing part. There were about 5-6 questions asked. Overall these were not difficult but you need some basic understanding about business valuation. I would suggest applicants to do some research on the technical side if they don't come straight from a finance background.
The standard application process involves aptitude tests, followed by a video interview that includes a combination of technical and motivational questions to assess both skills and suitability for the role.
