Gut - viele Interviews, viele Fragen zum Job, das Gespräch war meistens sehr unterschiedlich, sehr langer Bewerbunbgsprozess, immer wieder Verschiebungen von den Gesprächen auf anderes Datum, keine klare Kommunikation von HR zu nächsten Schritten.

Wie gehen sie ein Audit an wenn sie ein AML revidieren?
The interview was relaxed but professional and i felt comfortable during the interview.
During the interview it was more clear what the expectations were and i reached the conclusion that it wasn´t for me.

I am an auditor (so a generalist) and the role i applied for was as auditor in HR (which is such a rare thing in my opinion), so they asked if i had a special interest in HR.
