Mehrere Gespräche mit unterschiedlichen Mitarbeitern. Viele Informationen und Abkürzungen. Es war nicht immer klar wie es weiter geht und wieviele Leute ich noch sehen muss. Gleichzeitig waren die Team Mitglieder alle sehr nett. Aber es schien innerhalb der Abteilung nicht in eine strategische Richtung zu gehen.

The interview with HR is pleasant and friendly, the rest of the process is lengthy. There are 3 rounds and they take time to get back with next steps / decision.
Had to do an online assessment. The results of the online assessment was above average, but didn't receive an invitation for a personal interview. There was no need to have this assessment done.
