Thorough interview process, challenging but not to the same extent as other banks. Was asked standard competency questions as well as some personality and team work questions. 1:1 interview with team member from the desk which was advertising

Mostly distant and via videos, recordings and tests. Quite quick progression through the steps. Started off with test, then recording them interview. Not much human interactions in the beginning of the phase.

Straightforward. No unusual or tricky questions. Spoke about experience and about the industry that the role covers. Interviewers were other members of the equity analysis team. Later interview included a portfolio manager as well.
