Very smooth and coordinated interview process.
Met with about 10 individuals who I would be working with or reporting to.
They were kind enough to schedule them in the evenings and in groups.
I probably benefited from the fact that I had a strong supporter within the firm to push the process along.

Interview
There are generally three rounds of interview with final round with MD or equivalent generally. Difficulty level of the interview varies but all three rounds are technical in nature. Sometimes there could be two rounds only with third being HR
