Multi step extensive from Business, to leadership and deep dive into technologies. First with technical questions about software development, and extensive in enterprise and solution architecture. Leadership and agile methodologies are also covered.

4 hours onsite answering questions and meeting folks and answering technical questions that were hand-written in response. I had time to write when interviewers were not present as well as opportunity to revise answers.
