Fairly straight forward interview process, non-complicated. They asked very straight forward questions that were very on-topic in general, except for some case specific questions. These non-related questions covered behavioural frameworks
Fill out the online application form. You are then invited to complete the Cultural Match & Cognitive Assessments involving workplace scenario questions and cognitive behavioural questions. If successful, you will be invited to the Sonru video interview.

Interview
Did a video interview where they ask general questions. Introduce yourself, what the company why the role etc..Nothing technical quite easy. The only thing to note is it’s timed so be prepared but you were able to practice before you do the actual thing.
