I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UBS (New York, NY) in Jun 2018
Interview
Very straightforward - great questions and fair assessment. Knowledgeable interviewers. Responsive HR team that knew a lot about the process. Overall good experience. Loved that there were two campuses - of course this was quite a few years ago.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at UBS (Stamford, CT) in Jun 2014
Interview
Interview with 3 to 5 people 30 minutes each. Then another 2 persons for second round. Interview process is typical. Tell me about yourself... walk me through your resume, etc. This for a product control position was more focused around being able to communicate with traders. Also, it was important to have a basic level of accounting knowledge as balance sheet/monthly close was a part of the role.
