There were 2 functional interviews and one HR interview. The interviewers were respectful and not based in India. It was a video interview. They offer decent salaries for new hires but I’ve not heard good reviews about increments later.

- Questions abt basic FX? Whats a spot contract? T+3 contract?
- Questions abt what affects FX, how trades are made?
- System design questions abt how their reconciliation systems work. Especially regarding their Risk Management & Trade balancing systems
It was irritating since they'd already rejected my application before the interview. Called me for an interiew and then rejected me again since they'd already hired someone else and I was a tick mark they had to interview to qualify for minimum candidates interviewed.

Interview
Very unprofessional interview with Polish based HR representative. The conversation went in the way of HR person telling me what I should want to do based on my skills instead of what I want myself to do in my career. Highly unpleasent experience.
