3 steps, 1 technical where we went through in details on the projects and skills and the other 2 more behavioural and business related. Finally an HR round more as a formality.
I hasn't been invited to the interview after the initial screening, which was business reasoning questions and work style questions. It took me around 60 minutes to complete this test.

Interview
Had 2 interviews with the team, then a case study, an interview with the global head, and another interview with HR. So 5 total rounds... The final call with HR was very positive, but they never mentioned an offer, although signs that there would be one. In the end the position was offered to an internal candidate, however I was never reached out to by HR... after 5 rounds and such positive feedback was really expecting the HR to at least be honest with me and tell me I did not get the position.
