      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at UBS (Nashville, TN) in Mar 2018

      Interview

I had the initial phone screen. The recruiter was nice and attentive. After that we scheduled the interview with the hiring manager. That interview went well also. They then quickly contacted me to scheduled two more interviews with other hiring managers. 2 30 minute phone conversations in one sitting because they worked in the New Jersey office. I was supposed to talk to the person above the hiring manager, but found out that he all of a sudden couldn’t make it once I was already on the phone with the first interviewer. They had me interview with another manager whom I didn’t have time to research and prepare. I thought they both went pretty well and they both told me that I would definitely make it to the next interview with the manager I was originally supposed to speak with. 2 weeks past and I had heard nothing. I reached out to the recruiter and she never responded. I kept looking on my account regarding the application and for 3 months it never changed nor did anyone contact me. One day I logged on and it had said closed, We are not a match. I figured they would send me at least a generic email thanking me for my time but they had gone with someone else. But nothing. Needless to say this left a very bad taste in my mouth and I tell everyone I can to avoid applying for them at all cost because it simply isn’t worth the time. Unprofessional to say the least and I could keep going on.
