Somewhat technical, somewhat behavioral. Defintely know what the position entails and have a solid answer for why pub fin. Know the market, what a municipal bond is and the ins and outs of the muni bond market.
Hirevue - online portal with general behavioral questions (Why UBS, walk me through resume etc.) Second round is the Superday. 4 X 30 minute interviews with people on the desk from around the country.
