Unprofessional and unpleasant. Interview was scheduled rather last minute, only one time slot given, no choice and flexibility. It was a panel interview via teams. Interviewers entered the meeting room late. Also, they don't turn on their cameras? We might as well do a phone call LOL. I am talking to a blank screen, wondering if this is a serious interview because it is as unprofessional as it can get. No discussion about the team and the role, interviewer kept harping on the reasons for leaving my previous employment. She sounded quite condescending as well, did not enjoy the vibes at all. Was told I would hear back, but as other candidates have said, no updates after weeks. But anyway, doesn't matter since the role isn't particularly interesting and I can't imagine working with someone like that too. Treat it as if you dodged a bullet

Relatively fast interview process. HR was responsive to queries, and interviews were online virtual which was convenient. Around 2 rounds of interviews. Offered within 2-3 weeks from the first interview.
