Stage 1: CV and online application form Stage 2: Online tests sent a couple weeks later, maths, logic, and various other problem solving questions, spatial reasoning, pattern spotting and deduction, etc. Stage 3: Video Interview sent a couple weeks later as well

Generic questions, non-technical. E.g. explain a time when you encountered a problem, how did you fix it? They responded 2 months later saying no.
Very good, very detailed , changes the cognitive thinking and make sure i have all he correct fundamentals , everything is clear , precise and on the dot as you would expect from the big 8
Not easy, but one of the most enjoyable interviews I have been through, due to real interest in the candidates history and knowledge. Interviewers were chill and genuinely interested in the person interviewed. Questions were not easy, but not ultra hard.
