Really need to get to know the firm. Be confident and prepared. Be informed on the sector and read the news. Learn carefully their values, projects and principles. Doesn't really matter what you studied as long as you have interest in the field.
Started with an initial call with the Head of Asset Management, followed by interviews with an analyst and associate. Overall, the process felt similar to a traditional banking-style interview process.

Tough but it was a good experience. had to submit resume and cv and do some situational tests before getting in. I had a lot of fun doing the practice questions
