Interview
First a lady from UBS called me to confirm my interest in the internship. We talked in both English and Polish. The topics ranged from why i want to work at UBS, what are my expectations to what is my motivation and how much would I like to be paid.
Then I have been scheduled for an interview with the potential manager I would be working under.
That was a proper interview, with more questions about why i want to work for UBS, my motivations, why I want to work in finance and more.
After the interview I've been asked to wait 2 weeks for a reply.
In my case I somewhat blew the interview so I got information not later than an hour later stating that I won't be getting the job.

Zuerst gab es einen Online-Test, welcher passabel war. Im nächsten Schritt wurde man zu einem "Gespräch" eingeladen, worüber man sich am anfang freut. Jedoch entpuppt sich dieses Bewerbungsgespräch eher als ein Video Interview - ohne jemanden auf der anderen Leitung. Ich empfand dies als sehr negativ.
