Straightforward, I had a few cognitive tests to pass before I sent in a video interview with 4 questions. From there I moved into a final round of interviews (4 interviewers, about 2 hours). I was offered the internship 3 days after my final round. Mostly behavioral, needed some knowledge of markets for some questions.

Started with two online tests (behavioral & memory). Then proceeded to a HireVue which consisted of mainly behavioral, with the exception of a simple "What's going on in the markets". A few months after, I received a Superday invitation, which consisted of two back-to-back interviews. The interviewees were very interested in my own background and only asked behavioral questions, as well as what's happening in the markets.
