Interview
Introductory interview that lasted an hour. Friendly and kind interviewer that asked me about the experience relevant to the job. He also asked me about my strengths and weaknesses. He finished off by asking about my salary expectations.
The process was fairly straightforward - one product interview with the hiring manager, one with a senior engineering leader as this PM role was more technically focused, one with a senior stakeholder. All were virtual video interviews.
